WINTER 2010, SPRING AND SUMMER  2010 TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES

in the Faculty of Communication and Culture

Applications are invited to teach the following courses in the Winter 2010 and Spring and Summer 2010 sessions for the Faculty of Communication and Culture.  The dates for the Winter 2010 session are January 11 to April 29, 2010. The dates for the Spring session are May 13 to June 30, 2010, and for the Summer session, July 5 to August 20, 2010.  Weekend University courses run from May 1 to June 26 in Spring and from July 3 to August 14 in summer.

In support of your application, please provide the following:

 

• - a current, up-to-date CV (if our Faculty does not already have one on file)
• - 3 references (required if you have not taught for our Faculty before)
• - a description of your qualifications in support of each course(s) you are interested in teaching
• - any restrictions (e.g., scheduling day or time constraints) that would need to be taken into consideration

 

Doctoral students who will have passed their candidacy exams by the time the course begins are eligible to apply.

 

The amount of remuneration is calculated according to the Collective Agreement, Schedule B.  Please see the Faculty Association's website at http://www.ucalgary.ca/TUCFA for further information regarding conditions of employment and remuneration.
