Department of Communication and Culture professor Chloe Atkins has recently be named as the winner of the 2011 American Journal of Nursing Book of the Year award in the category of Consumer Health for her book My Imaginary Illness: A Journey Into Uncertainty and Prejudice in Medical Diagnosis.
